1) Equipment /Maintenance Engineers -- Central Maintenance/Etch
As an Equipment Engineer or Senior Engineer in STM Singapore, you will be responsible to:
Coordinate and drive new equipment (dry pump, chiller and abatement (PCA)) hookup, startup and release. Systematic troubleshooting of Lot Tracking hardware related problems to minimize equipment downtime. Establish optimum spares and consumables stock to support Lot Tracking hardware maintenance. Establish effective Lot Tracking hardware preventive maintenance program and troubleshooting guide. Setup effective detection and monitor system to prevent Lot Tracking hardware excursion. Drive PCA Continuous Improvement project (CIP) to achieve best in class in service, quality and cost Train, coach and certify Assistant Maintenance Engineers and PM Technician in systematic troubleshooting and PM maintenance skill. Work closely with Process, module and production engineers to ensure key performance indices are met.
Master / Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering. At least 2 year relevant working experience. Diploma holder with >5years relevant experience will be considered too. Manage development and process transfer of sub-quarter or sub-micron advanced technologies from R&D to manufacturing Set up SPC for developed processes Install equipment and setup process specification Perform and characterise process and equipment system to maintain and control process parameters Troubleshoot process deviation and equipment malfunctions to improve process quality and productivity Implement projects, lead a team to improve the process capabilities and reliability Improve manufacturing yield and quality
Degree in Material Science / Electrical & Electronics / Chemical Engineering preferably with relevant working experience in wafer fab industry At least 2 year relevant working experience. 5) Product Engineers (EWS / Testing)
The Product / Test Engineer is responsible for the validation of new optical & high speed link
Devices designed by the division or directly by the customer diffused in BiCmos technologies (90nm, 55nm, and further). To contribute to DFT in order to ensure the device testability on tester To contribute to develop the hardware of testing for EWS and FT in conjunction with the Hardware Specialist To write test programs/patterns both EWS & FT To fully debug the test program and interact with designer in order to fix eventual problems To characterize the product vs. corner splits, vs. temperature variation and vs. power supply variation To support the devices into production plants being responsible of relevant production yields He will work in close cooperation with internal designer community or with customer, quality planning and program management. Because of his involvement in different products lines the candidate must have a solid technical skill and be able to fast adapt himself to various technical environments and priorities. He must be also familiar with project development criteria like cost, quality, schedule and customer needs.
Bachelorís Degree in Electronics / Engineering with 4 to 6 years related experience, preferably from similar industry (semiconductors, electronics) Prior work experience with skills in (a) Tester Teradyne Catalyst; (b) Advantest 93K on top would be a plus Strong in Electronics, Semiconductors physics and is conversant in C++ Knowledge of high speed interfaces and photonics is a plus Desired traits include flexibility, adaptability, fast learning, initiative, autonomy and detail oriented
6) Senior / Device Engineers
Drive and manage the continuous yield and quality improvement Monitoring of parameter test and wafer sorting yield with in-depth analysis using various statistical data analysis tools coupled with Semiconductor device and manufacturing process knowledge Work closely with process, product engineers and Division to fix the problem of low yield, poor quality and reliability issue. New products, technology transfer from sister fab and ensure successful production ramp-up with good yield, quality
Degree in Science (Physics), Electronics/Electrical Engineering or Microelectronics Good knowledge and solid understanding of Semiconductor device physics and manufacturing process Good knowledge in process integration background especially POWER MOS-SET, BCD, Bipolar & Analog Technology Good multi-tasking and problem solving skills using DOE and statistical analysis Good interpersonal and communication skills Atleast 2 years experience in semiconductor Process Technology, Process Integration, Product / Device engineering. Diploma holder with >5years relevant experience.
Able to perform more than one of the below: Electrical Analysis using techniques such as Emission Microscopy, OBIRCH, SEI, PVC, Liquid Crystal, Circuit Modifications, Spreading Resistance (SRP), etc Reliability Analysis using Parametric Analyzers and reliability techniques such as transistor characterization, oxide integrity. Physical Analysis such as delayering (Wet/Dry/Lapping), cross-section (Mechanical & FIB), etc Ensure implementation of Laboratory request procedures, tools usage control and sustain an effective quality system in place. Develop new methodologies/techniques when required. Effective communication on technical details through reports and presentations to engineers, managers and customers. Meet the lab requirements in terms of Quality System (ISO-16949 and ISO-17025), EHS (Ecology, Health & Safety) and 5S.
Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering / Semiconductor Device Physics / Material Science/Physics Minimum 3 Years relevant experience will be preferred. Identify and analyze failure mode using the applicable FA techniques Knowledgeable in microelectronics and Si Processing particularly in the manufacturing and development of the POWER/Bipolar & CMOS technology. Knowledge in Failure Analysis/Reliability techniques would be a plus. Able to work in manufacturing environment independently with minimum supervision. 8) Manufacturing Quality Assurance Engineer
The position is a key interface between Fabs and divisions, and maximizing internal fab efficiency.
The main responsibilities are
Manage divisional requests. Be the main contact for all standard items related to starts, output plan, rush, delivery urgencies and create a trustful environment. Create the necessary links on any questions related to critical points like forecast, qualification plans or products conversion, just to mention some of them. Interface with local organization. Guarantee information consistency by being the single entry point. Drive fab manufacturing efficiency.
Degree in Engineering Minimum 3 Years relevant experience will be preferred. Good interpersonal and communication skills
